I have a question to ask young people about this bizare fanaticism and obsession with racism & anti racism?
I'm 41 years of age....almost 42. I'd like to talk to you younger people who aren't from my generation the 80's generation about this peculiar phenomenon going around. This phenomenon that I'm talking about is the " immortal & everlasting topic of racism white racism." Whenever I come into Y A and read questions in Cultures & Groups or even just the profiles of other Y A users, they mention something about HATE, RACISM and or being intolerant towards both, and they can if they want to.....its their own mind after all. But I'm really very puzzled, are ALL of these people who talk about hateful racists really the victims of hate crimes. If they were, then I suppose that would give them such motive to constantly talk about this particular subject. Coming into Cultures & Groups at Y A is much like watching an episode of Heraldo Rivera, Maury Povich, or some other TV talk show nonsense. Back in my day, when I was a teen young adult, if a white or black person would have announced that they're dedicated to standing up against racism, everyone else both black and white would have snickered at them. Such people would have been seen as being a bit WEIRD and OBSESSIVE. Yes, I know how ugly a hate mongering racist can be, and even I myself wouldn't like to be around such a person. But my question that I'm asking is why are so many young people these days just SO dedicated to being anti racist? Don't these young people whether they be black or white have hobbies or more meaningful & productive things to do with their time? It seems like here in the U.S. and probably in western Europe , you ARE either perceived and accepted as a fanatical racist or a fanatical anti racist. There can never be anything in between and you can never have any ideas of your own......you must conform to one or the other. COMPLETELY INSANE Okay, so why does it seem like we have both extremes, both fanatical racists and fanatical anti racists? Why can't people be themselves and have their own independent thoughts and ideas? I think that most people have this natural tendency to want to conform to others and think what everyone else is thinking, because they " believe" that EVERYONE THINKS THIS WAY.Any criticisms from those reading this question will be accepted...I'm open to your criticism.Second From The Sun Yes, you're right...I'm well aware that like minded people have better things to do, but these fanatical people are all around in everyday society. So what are you going to call him now an extremist?> My official response to the above is YES, I do perceive him as being an extremist since he studied communism during the time he was living in the former U.S.S.R. The FBI has files on this person proving this.You said < Now I am for being an extremist fanatic for the right moral cause.> My response Wouldn't you agree that a person could under the right circumstances be misled to perceive something that is immoral as being moral and ethical. Also, wouldn't you agree that MORALS can many often times be nothing more than " blink obedience to command." You said < Your generation was less outspoken.> My response No, we too were outspoken, but we had maybe just a bit more grip on our sanity and reality. Most of the people from my generation took the time to think things through before they acted and would think about consequences, which is somethOne more small point.....all of this talk about LOVE and LOVING every race for no clear reason is in my own opinion a mental abnormality. Such people are just as sick as those who HATE different races just because they're different. When you LOVE someone, just one person then its a sacred connection and you both care for one another. Do you people really feel this way for EVERYONE around you.....FREE LOVE??? SICKENING Love and Hate are necessary and people will stop caring if either one of those two things cease to exist through self denial.

Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries.The Netherlands and Belgium are more crowded than Japan or Taiwan, but nobody says Japan or Taiwan will solve this RACE problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them.Everybody says the final solution to this RACE problem is for EVERY white country and ONLY white countries to assimilate, i.e., intermarry, with all those non whites.What if I said there was this RACE problem and this RACE problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non blacks were brought into EVERY black country and ONLY into black countries?How long would it take anyone to realize I m not talking about a RACE problem. I am talking about the final solution to the BLACK problem?And how long would it take any sane black man to notice this and what kind of psycho black man wouldn t object to this?But if I tell that obvious truth about the ongoing program of genocide against my race, the white race, Liberals and respectable conservatives agree that I am a naziwhowantstokillsixmillionjews.They say they are anti racist. What they are is anti white.What they advocate is Genocide.

anti racism and feminism seem to be goign too far. Black people just an example, not saying it's just blacks say racist things about white people all the time, but if a white person says something about a black person it's like the most horrible thing ever. See, I shouldn't feel like I had to type that stuff in parentheses above, but I did because if I didn't someone might think I'm being racist. Also, feminists are right that they should have equal rights, but they expect people to treat them much BETTER than men. So don't you think this is a problem?

I think it is so unfair that they are portraying only white people as the racists. I was in year 6 at the time, around 10 11 at the time, and as soon as this was shown, all the black people in my class turned to me and the other white people and started giving us horrible looks and saying 'Yeah, did you hear that?'It gets me so so angry that people were given the right to brainwash kids and make them bias. I went through hell the whole day after that was shown. I was 10, I live in an area of London which has a large black community and I have grown up it being a norm, so I never said anything racist before, but after that video was shown, the majority of my class The majority was black regarded me as a racist and though it was their RIGHT to dictate to me what was right and wrong That advert is mocking white people. Now, there is one way to go about getting rid of racism Teaching people that eveyone is equal, or the other way Mocking the people who are supposedly the most racist, in order to embarrass them and make other races feel better about themselves?That's just my views though, any thoughts would be really appreciatedThanks
Do you think that anti-racism is slowly turning into witch huntery?
i understand that there are racists, but shouldn't there be more self restraint in how society reacts to the signs of racism? Dr. Laura definitely sounds like she has some latent racism, but what she was mainly criticized for was her use of the N word, despite the fact that she was using it in a completely non racist context in which she was paraphrasing what somebody else was saying.
