Would Martin Luther King Jr be pleased with race relations today?
i just heard somebody ask this question and my response would be yes and no.black people have nothing to really complain about anymore but there are still some racist stuff that comes up now and then plus with the internet racist people are still writing dumb and racist comments. that shows me that one people will always be racist as long they have forum to be racist in and racism will never truly go away then also understand people got right to be how ever they want to be so what do you think
Do you think we are better off now than 100 years ago, race relations?
I think we came a long way. I think most people just like to complain and blame their woes on other races. Or use their race as an excuse. I don't think it's really that bad for any race these days

What would you like to ask?How are Houston's race relations?
Why do inter-race relations in America seem so much worse than in Europe, Australia, Canada, etc?
Sorry for not being specific. I mean general relations and interactions between people from different racial backgrounds. Specifically racial intolerance and or violence. The way people are referred to, or refer to themselves as 'African American', 'Italian American', 'Mexican American',etc. Seems like, in a way, they want to distance themselves from other Americans, or other people want to be distant from them. I don't know if that's true. It's just seems strange, in the UK everyone is just British and the only time you would use 'African British' or 'White British' is on a census or other sorts of paperwork.
What were race relations like before 1958 in Britain?

I was listening to NPR and they were reporting on a study on race relations and social capital in my city...?
The study was on how white and black women get along. Apparently our city is lacking in social capital. The woman representing black interests reported that white people should stop treating black people as if race doesn't exist. In other words white people shouldn't judge people based on the content of their character instead of the color of their skin, they should judge people based on the content of their character and the color of their skin. Do you agree with her? What kind of sense does this make?Sorry STZ, Apparently I've got an itchy button pushing finger.
How do some black Americans reason that race relations today are reverting to the 1950s?
I'm not disputing this theory I've seen expressed on here , nor supporting the idea, but I'd like to know why some black people think this is the case. What things, if any, are making some black people say this? Not judging, just asking.Thank you guys, food for thought
Does Yahoo Answers Members show a fair representation of race relations in America?
Kevin, Respectfully Cyber sex by nature is not real, because theres is no physical contact. But showing your true nature with out retribution online by nature has to be a racist dream.
